Maslyana 2021: a new record with our participation

The Shrovetide celebrations in Dnipro were marked by a spectacular new event. The largest pancake in Ukraine was made in Shevchenko Park. The enormous 20-metre-long pancake roll, weighing 80 kg, was entered into the Ukrainian National Book of Records. This culinary masterpiece was baked using a unique recipe from Lviv. It took 40 kg of flour, 120 eggs and around 100 litres of milk to make it. Professional chefs from our city’s restaurants were in charge of baking the pancakes. Once ready, the roll was cut into portions and everyone who fancied a taste enjoyed sampling this culinary treat.
The friendly team at Eventus Group Ltd also played an active role and provided the packaging materials needed to organise the event. The celebration was a fun affair, held in a friendly atmosphere.
